A fantastic opportunity with a dedicated window and doors company in Swinton. Cglass Manchester Ltd are looking for a new apprentice to join their team to help within the production team.

Undertaking your Lean manufacturing Operative level 2 apprenticeship within the workplace , you will be joining this small team to learn the full process and manufacture double glazing .

Whilst training you will be learning to:
• Gain an understanding of measuring the correct sizes of glass and learn how to handle glass safely and produce a quality finished product
• Learn the skills to produce products to a high standard and meet the client’s expectations
• become competent using hand/power tools and machinery
• You will gain a great understanding of health and safety within the glass industry
• Help the team with general housekeeping, loading and unloading and any other duties as required
• Glass cutting, washing cleaning, cutting of the bars and sealing

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
