About this opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful and growing company in Oldham. You will be working with a small but very dedicated team. Working across two departments, accounts and after sales, to provide admin support for both teams.

A normal day would include:

• Reconciling supplier statements and chasing copy invoices
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Reconciling credit card receipts to statements
• Sending out sales invoices
• Sending out statements
• Scheduling field engineers (after training)
• Taking calls from customers (after training)
• Collating and sending worksheets to customers (after training)
• General administration
• Reception duties
• Ordering office supplies
• Inputting data and recording information accurately
• Ad hoc duties
• Apprentice must keep a log of everything learned for the apprenticeship and ensure that work is produced in a timely manner

As the company grows there will be the opportunity for career progression for the right person. There will be the opportunity to remain within either the accounts department or the after sales department depending on the persons aptitude and eventually to take on a more senior role within either department.

What you should have to apply

• 5 GCSE’s including Maths & English A-C/9-4
• BTEC OND in Business and Finance desirable
