The Growth Company - Education and Skills Supply Chain Partners
Unfortunately, we are not looking to establish any new subcontracting arrangements at present for education and training.
Please register onto our group procurement system where all our tendering opportunities for The Growth Company are published. Although we are not looking for partnerships for education and training, if this were to change, you will then be notified by this system of any opportunities.
Supply Chain Fees Policy
The standard subcontract retained fee is generally 15% of the ESFA funding received against each learner as outlined in ESFA good practice guidelines.
This will apply to:
However, there may be occasions where this fee is negotiated on a case by case basis, or where a new Subcontractor needs more intensive support and management then a higher management may be negotiated as appropriate. This is to reflect the resources required to provide more intensive support to ensure quality standards are being met and any risk is being properly managed during any development process. At the end of the agreed period and once all quality thresholds are met the subcontractor will transfer to the applicable standard rate.
We are open and transparent with our Supply Chain Fees which are published annually;
