We will support young people with

- Supporting them with college, university or job applications
- Making decisions about their future career aspirations and how they can make them happen.
Once a young person has completed the 4 week programme, they will:
- Have enhanced their employability skills
- Improved essential maths and English skills
- Enhanced their confidence and self-esteem
- Have a better understanding of what options are available to them
