This apprenticeship covers a wide range of businesses in the financial services industry such as investment management, investment banking and life and pensions. There are various entry points and pathways within the qualification that allows you to undertake one option that is most appropriate to your job role.

This apprenticeship supports the development of knowledge, skills and behaviours which cover core competencies in areas spanning the regulatory framework both for the business and industry as well as the impact on customers.
There are key focus’ on developing analysis and strategic skills that support the services delivered, whilst continually developing and adapting in an evolving, innovative and exciting industry.
This is a work-based apprenticeship. You will benefit from 1-2-1 support on a regular basis in order to achieve competence as set against the knowledge, skills and behaviours set down in the apprenticeship standard.
On successful completion you will achieve a Financial Services Professional standard.
The Professional qualification that is industry-specific and seen as relevant to you and your employer. The standard allows you to apply for the appropriate level of membership with the professional body (subject to the qualification) as well as demonstrate to the industry their competency within the specialist area.
Ideally, you will have a relevant Level 3 qualification and a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade 4/C or above including maths and English.
