Our colleagues at the University Centre Quayside are pleased to offer the L6 CMDA, a 3 year professional degree programme which will develop your employees' business management capabilities, and critical thinking and analysis, within the context of their job role and business environment.
The CMDA is a work-based route to studying for a business management degree, integrates with the day job, and can be summarised in just four words - occupational competence and business performance.
Professional managers will be capable of managing complexity and delivering impact at a strategic and/or operational level with management and leadership responsibility for setting and delivering organisational objectives through a wide range of functions.
The programme is for those who want to develop fully all aspects of their management and leadership skills, knowledge, self-awareness and behaviours. These include strategic decision making, setting direction and achieving results.
