About this opportunity

Bethell Group Ltd are looking for a CAD apprentice to join their busy team. The successful applicant will work closely with the design team to transfer sketch designs into 2D computerised format (using AutoCad Lite Software)

Role will also include:

• Majority of the working day will be occupied in the production/modification of technical drawings using CAD software.
• Support senior members of the CAD department.
• Liaising with the operational team as and when required
• Additional day to day administrative duties such as filing drawings and other CAD documentation
• Answering technical queries on the phone and by email.

There will be Professional Development opportunities as part of this role, were the successful candidate will be expected to undertake a wide range of qualifications to help you become more skilled and efficient in your job role.

What you should have to apply

• Preferably candidate would have secured exam grades in GCSE A-C/9-4, including English, Maths and an Engineering or Art/Design qualification.
• A full clean driving licence would be an advantage for this role.
• Computer Literate to level 2 or above
